Uttar Pradesh: Three siblings forced to beg to treat ailing mother

The three siblings took matters into their own hands to look after their mother Shanti was admitted to a hospital in Barabanki. Following a land dispute last Monday, Shanti was brutally attacked by a mob in her village.

Barabanki (Uttar Pradesh):Three children have been forced to come out streets to beg for money for the treatment of their ailing mother.

The three siblings took matters into their own hands to look after their mother Shanti (name changed to protect the identity of the family) was admitted to a hospital in Barabanki. Following a land dispute last Monday, Shanti was brutally attacked by a mob in her village.

Following the incident, she was admitted to a government hospital. After Shanti was hospitalised, the three kids were forced to beg to make ends meet. She was the lone breadwinner in the family.

Meanwhile, police have registered a case against some villagers of Naseempur and started an investigation into the matter.
