Uttar Pradesh: An engineer from Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh has innovated a coronavirus hand band which can monitor the health condition of suspects and deliver information to healthcare professionals digitally.
Shahbaaz Khan along with his professor Alok Pandey introduced a hand band which can furnish updated health-related information of COVID-19 suspects to medical staffs.
"The healthcare professionals are at a higher risk when it comes to monitoring COVID-19 patients or even persons in quarantine for that matter. This COVID-19 hand band has been made keeping doctors and nurses in focus. It's a band which will show patient's body temperature, the strength of immunity system, blood pressure, heartbeat rate and other basic information regarding health," Shahbaaz Khan added.
He further said that the band will notify users to wash their hands after every half an hour. It will basically deliver health inputs to a digital device like a laptop or mobile with the help of servers. Moreover, the information pertaining to health will directly be delivered to doctors and they won't be required to come in close proximity with the suspects.
