He was under treatment at his residence for the last five days.
"Recently, after I became positive for Covid-19, I had isolated myself at my home and was under the supervision of doctors. But I have been hospitalized for better medical needs. I am sure that with the wishes of all of you, the war against Corona will be won in the state under the strong leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. By the grace of God, I will be able to be ready to serve the Uttar Pradesh people with the same energy again," Sharma tweeted.
