Ayodhya:Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, president of Ayodhya Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, has been referred to Lucknow Medanta Hospital after a complaint of excessive urinal discharge and continuous fall in oxygen levels.
Mahant Kamal Nayan Das disciple of Gopal Das said, "We are taking him to Medanta Lucknow Hospital for better treatment. His oxygen levels are falling drastically. He is not keeping well for the last one week,"
Earlier today, a team of doctors from Ayodhya district hospital inspected Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, at his ashram located in Maniram Das Cantonment. After inspection doctors said, "Seer's health has deteriorated because of excessive discharge of urine and also was coughing heavily. His oxygen levels are also fluctuating."
According to sources, Mahant has been unwell for the last week as he was unable to breathe properly due to cough. Mahant was also infected with Covid-19 last year during Krish Janmashtami.
