Parivartan Yatra: SP leader Abu Azmi says "I don't know who Owaisi is"

Samajwadi Party leader and Maharashtra party president, Abu Azmi was warmly welcomed by the party workers on his arrival at party office in Noida today. The leader who visited the Noida office under the "Parivartan Yatra" took stock of the preparation for the upcoming UP Assembly polls.

Noida:Ahead of Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls, Samajwadi Party leader and Maharashtra party president Abu Azmi arrived at the party office situated in Noida today under the "Parivartan Yatra". The yatra is being organised by the party with an aim to unseat the present government in the upcoming polls.

The leader who was warmly welcomed by the party workers, took stock of preparations and also addressed the party members.

During his visit, the SP leader lashed out at other BJP saying that his party will be in power once again in 2022 because people are fed up with the ruling saffron party in the state.

Speaking to the media Azmi said, "The governance which was given by the SP under the leadership Akhilesh Yadav will be back in the state once again. Citizens are fed up with the BJP government. The law and order situation in the state has completely collapsed under Yogi's tenure. People are realizing the work done by the Akhilesh Yadav in 2012-2017 and thinking of voting out BJP government in the next elections,"

The leader further lashed out at the saffron party stating that the government should apologize to the people for its actions as it is working to divide farmers, religion, caste, constitution.

"The current government will have to apologize to the general public for its actions because it has worked to divide farmers, religion, caste, constitution. We will work to remove this government by connecting with people through "Parivartan Yatra". Those who have tampered with the Constitution will be thrown out of power as soon as possible," the leader added.

The Maharashtra party president further lashed out at All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi stating that he doesn't know Owaisi. Targeting MIM chief, he said, "Owaisi says he works for the development of Muslims but he is indirectly helping the Yogi government by taking the side of one community."
