Muzaffarnagar: The body of a 23-year-old man, who had been missing for a day, was found at a village in Uttar Pradesh's Shamli district on Wednesday.
According to Jhinjhana station House Officer OP Choudhary, the man, Arun Kumar, was found dead in a field near Unn village on Tuesday.
The officials have sent the body for post-mortem and launched an investigation.
Meanwhile, the villagers protested over the incident by blocking the road and demanded the police to take strict action against the guilty.
