Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh): Over the past few months, people's energy, emotion and attention have been increasingly focused on the novel coronavirus outbreak. We have been too busy dealing with where the next infection will emerge, deaths connected to the virus, panic buying, news, the prospect of a lockdown and social distancing.
Amid these, we can't ignore the contributions of those 'unsung heroes' who are doing their bit to combat the corona menace.
One such hero is Gulab Rai, who works in a cloth factory in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad district.
Rai, a resident of Bihar, is unable to walk properly but definitely has a strong determination. Instead of staying at home, this man chose to work in the factory and stitch full-body medical suit.
These days such medical suits are much in demand and Rai stitches 15-20 suits each day.
