A resident of IIM Road, Raj Kumar has termed the ongoing DefExpo as a "good platform to showcase" India's military prowess, and also a good occasion to highlight India as a defence manufacturing hub.

He said, "Excitement among people of all age groups was clearly visible at the DefExpo."

While jaw-dropping performances kept people glued to the riverfront venue, it drew visitors with an exhibition that included IAF fighter jets like the MiG-21 and Indian Army battle tanks such as the T-96. Selfies with these mean machines as well as soldiers in uniform remained a big draw.
