FIR lodged against a 10-year-old boy in a land dispute in Badaun's civil line of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday.

Badaun: In a bizarre incident, police registered an FIR against a 10-year-old boy in a land dispute in Badaun's civil line on Saturday.

Tejpal's wife Ramvati alleged that her family had a long-time land dispute with her neighbour for which police registered a fake case under section 107 and 116 against her son, Abhishek Yadav and in the report, police mentioned him 25-year-old.

Regarding this Ramvati met the District Magistrate (DM) and complained about the police's irresponsible behaviour.

After which the District Magistrate has directed the City Magistrate to investigate the matter.

On the same matter, DM Dinesh Singh says that the matter has come to the notice, for this, instructions have been given to immediately remove the case and also instructed SSP to take action against the policeman who has filed the false case against the child.
