Monitoring starts with a call
Monitoring inspector Arjun explained that as soon as a person calls the number the information is first received by the police headquarters which in turn informs the nearest PVR by locating it with GPS. The same information is also received by the monitoring control room. In case the PVR has not noticed the call, we inform the PVR over the phone to check the message and respond.
