Ayodhya: In a major development, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra trust has launched its official website to provide detail and development related to the construction of the temple on Wednesday.
The official website 'srjbtkshettra.org' was launched on June 17 by the state Tourism Minister Neelkanth Tiwari, who also met general secretary of the temple, Champat Rai to know about the preparations put in place to complete the construction.
This was the first time the minister visited Ayodhya after Ram Lalla idol was shifted to a temporary new location. He also attended an evening aarti.
The trust has started operating the website from the day of its launch. In the website, the complete details of the progress, right from the formation of the trust to the construction of Ram Temple has been uploaded.
Anil Mishra, a member of the temple trust said, "Through this website, devotees can donate online, as the trust's account is linked to it. A proper map is also available on the website which provides information on how to reach the temple by various means."
"In addition to this, information related to nearby hotels and other religious places in Ayodhya is also available on the website," he said.
Mishra further said that the media section is also present on the website, which provides daily updates on the construction of the temple. Moreover, information related to festivals, aarti and major events will also be posted on the website.
