Wanaparthy (Telangana): A woman murdered her son after he sexually assaulted her at Ramakrishnapuram, Kottakotta mandal in Telangana's Wanaparthy district. She later buried him next to her house.
The woman had two children—a daughter and a son. The daughter was married off while the son aged 25 had taken to drinking.
He had earlier tried to misbehave with her but she had warned him.
Under these circumstances, he tried to rape her a week ago and the enraged woman killed him with the help of her mother. She attacked him with a knife and hung him to death.
After he died, the women buried him near the house. Later, she informed the village sarpanch about the incident and the sarpanch informed the police.
Local police are investigating the matter.
