Telangana: 17-year-old girl found dead with throat slit

A teenager was found dead at her residence in Karimnagar on Monday. Her throat was already slit when her body was found, however, the reason for the death is still not known.

Karimnagar(Telangana): A 17-year-old girl was found dead with her throat slit in her residence here on Monday evening, police said.

Radhika, a student of intermediate first year, was seen lying in a pool of blood by her parents when they returned home from work, the police said.

The body was, however, first discovered by her neighbours who later informed her parents and then the police.

The reason for the death was yet to be ascertained, the police added.
