Hyderabad:Foundation stone for a new building of Abdullapurmet Police Station, being built by the Ramoji Foundation, was laid on Thursday in the presence of Ramoji Foundation MD Vijayeshwari and Ministers, Sabita Indrareddy and Errabelli Dayakar Rao, among others. The police station will be constructed at a cost of Rs 2 crore as part of the Ramoji Foundation's Corporate Social Responsibility program.
The Ramoji Foundation runs a number of social programs and as part of their social responsibility initiative, the group stepped in to construct the new building for the Abdullapurmet Police Station. The foundation stone for a state-of-the-art building was laid next to the national highway near Ramoji Film City.
MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, MLA Manchireddy Kishan Reddy and Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Mahesh Bhagwat were also present on this occasion. The ministers lauded the Ramoji Foundation for their social work.
