COVID-19: 8 colonies in 4 areas as containment zones in Vanasthalipuram

Nine new COVID-19 positive cases were reported on Sunday in Vanasthalipuram area of Rangareddy district in Telangana. Containment zones are Huda Sainagar, Kamala Nagar, A, B-type area, phase -1 colony, Sachivalaya Nagar, SKD Nagar and Saheb Nagar.

Hyderabad:The Rangareddy district authorities on Sunday have identified eight colonies in four areas as containment zones under Vanasthalipuram.

Total nine Coronavirus positive cases have been registered & 169 families have been home quarantined.

Containment zones are Huda Sainagar, kamala Nagar, A, B-type area, phase -1 colony, Sachivalaya Nagar, SKD Nagar and Saheb Nagar.

A week long ban is imposed on all kinds of activities in respective containment zones.

Total positive cases of Coronavirus in Telangana has crossed the 1,000 mark and 28 people have been reported dead, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
