Jollu Shiva's mother kept saying that he was too young to commit such atrocity. "He is too young to commit such crime and if he would have done it, let him be hanged", she rued.
"Won't the doctors check", she asked back. "If the doctors prove it in their examination...I myself will burn him", she retorted back trying to sound optimistic that her son wouldn't have committed the crime.

Chintakunta Chennakesavalu's mother also voiced the same. "If my son has committed a crime, punish him even shoot him but if he is innocent, please send him back home. There is a pregnant woman (Chennakesavalu's wife) waiting for his return in this house and we don't want her curse to befall on us", she said.

Jollu Naveen's mother, who is in devasted condition after his arrest, said that her son respected women. But she was unaware of his doings outside the house. "While at home, he is good and he does respect women. I have not seen him drinking at home either", she added fighting her tears, "I don't know what he does outside the house though".

"He has not told me that way", quipped Mohammed Areef's mother when asked about her son's crime. "Amma! I have hit a woman while driving and she died that's what he told me", she insisted.

After being informed about the brewing anger against her son for the perpetrated crime, she started weeping, "I have nobody and I don't know what to say on this", she lamented.

The burnt body of the doctor was found at Shadnagar outskirts in Telangana's Ranga Reddy district on Thursday.

The body was later identified as that of a veterinary doctor from the city. As per the preliminary probe, the police suspect that the doctor was sexually assaulted before being charred to death.

The Police on Friday arrested four accused persons involved in the alleged rape and murder case of the woman veterinary doctor.
