Watch: Crocodile raids cow shed, gets 'cowed' by villagers

Crocodile enters cow shed in Tamil Nadu's Thanjavur following which the villagers used rope and deport the predator from the shed. Crocodile was later handed over to the Forest department.

Thanjavur:Residents of Kumbakonam in Tamil Nadu woke up late night following a strange encounter when a crocodile raided a cow shed leaving a dozen of villagers struggling to take on the predator!

According to reports, the crocodile entered the shed near a farming sector in Thanjavur.

The villagers have claimed that the predator crossed a water body and entered the shed when the villagers heard the mooing of the cattle.

The crocodile was later caught with the help of a rope and was handed over to the forest department.
