Tiruvallur: The National Investigation Agency narrowed down three people alleged to have connections with the Easter Sunday bombings in Sri Lanka on Tuesday from Tamil Nadu's Poonamallee.
NIA had earlier received inputs from a person hailing from Mannady in Chennai that three people alleged to have connections with the Srilankan bombings have been staying in Golden Residence near Poonamallee.
Acting on the tip-off, NIA carried out raids in the suspects' house and took them for the custodial interrogation.
Reports suggested that the NIA has been interrogating the suspects for more than 4 hours. Further investigation is underway.
