In Melappedu village of Tamil Nadu's Thiruvallur district, a one-year-old toddler was seen taking part in a tree-planting drive organised by the villagers.

Thiruvallur (TN):An year-old infant won everyone's heart when it took part in a tree plantation drive organised in Melappedu village, Thiruvallur district to help create awareness about the value of greenery in our lives.

In a bid to increase green cover in the village Vigneshwaran, a resident of Melapeedu Village in Thiruvallur district organised a tree plantation drive here on Saturday morning.

"I managed to pool in 30 saplings of Indian beechthrough a request post on Facebook," Vigneshwaran said.

The event was made all the more special when a one-year child called Vishwa, who could barely walk, helped volunteers plant trees.

This act has surely won everybody's heart and inspired many to plant more trees.
