Five of a family die in a road accident in TN

Five persons of the same family were killed when a car in which they were travelling collided with a truck in Tamil Nadu's Thiruvannamalai district.

Thiruvannamalai (Tamil Nadu):Five members of a family, hailing from Bengaluru, died when a car they were travelling collided with a truck on the outskirts of Thiruvannamalai town in Tamil Nadu on Tuesday.

The person has been identified as Sreenath Reddy, a businessman in Koramangala, who was on a pilgrimage to Thiruvannamalai temple.

The truck driver sustained injuries and was admitted to the government hospital in Thiruvannamalai.

A case has been registered and further investigation into the matter is on.
