Bharatpur:Following up on minor boy's molestation case in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district few days ago,Registrar General of the Rajasthan High Court on Monday suspended two Grade-2 clerks (Rahul Katara and Anshul Soni) associated with the accused and special judge Jitendra Singh Gulia. According to the order issued by the court, Rahul Katara has to appear before Chief Judicial Magistrate Nadbai and Anshul Soni before Judicial Magistrate Roopwas.

Earlier in the day, the victim's family had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi pleading for protection. After which the district administration has deployed five RAC personnel at the victim's house.

City commanding officer, Satish Verma said, "on the demand of the victim's family, 5 RAC personnel have been deployed at his house for security." At the same time, Chairperson, Bal Kalyan Samiti Bharatpur said that Balmitra and counsellors have also been appointed to help the victim's family.

Meanwhile, the victim's family had shifted from Bharatpur to a relative house in Agra, the border district of Uttar Pradesh. The police administration has summoned the family on November 2 to record the statement. A team of Bharatpur Police will escort the victim's family from UP to Rajasthan.

On the other hand, General Registrar Vigilance and his team have reached Bharatpur from Jaipur to investigate the matter. After arriving at Bharatpur, the team held a meeting with the District Judge, District Collector and Superintendent of Police and discussed the whole matter.

While Judge Gulia posted at the special court in Bharatpur dealing with Anti-Corruption Bureau cases was suspended on Sunday after a case was registered against him under the POCSO act.

The court decision came after a case was registered against Gulia and his associates at Mathura Gate police station in Bharatpur on Sunday for sexually harassing a 14-year-old boy. According to information, Judge Gulia and his two other accomplices Rahul Katara and Anshul Saini are absconding.

Taking cognizance of the matter, the state home department also suspended Deputy Superintendent of Police Parmeshwar Lal Yadav, who threatened the victim's family.

The suspension order issued by the state Home Department said, "action has been taken against Deputy Superintendent Parmeshwar Lal Yadav and a departmental inquiry has been initiated against him at Anti-Corruption Bureau in Bharatpur police station. If Yadav works in the same post, he could hamper the investigation. Hence, the State Government suspended Parmeshwar Lal with immediate effect. He will register his presence at the Headquarters Office, Inspector General Police Range, Bharatpur during the suspension period."

The incident came to light on October 28, when the victim's mother saw the judge's wrongdoing with her child in front of her home. After that, on October 29, the judge threatened her over the phone and asked her not to reveal the matter. Then on October 30, the judge along with his two associates came to her house and apologized about the incident and sought to settle the matter. When she declined for a compromise, they again threatened her of dire consequences.

The boy’s mother in her complaint alleged that the judge, who handles cases related to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), and two other persons, had been sexually assaulting her son by intoxicating him with some narcotic substance for the past one month.
