Jaipur (Rajasthan): Before the Rajya Sabha polls, the genie of the alleged political crisis that arose in Rajasthan due to the horse-trading of MLAs has come out once again. It started on Friday when the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) proposed a breach of privilege in the assembly. Later in the evening, the SOG-ATS lodged an FIR in this case, confirming the investigation and started the probe to take the accused into custody. Following this, the political-turmoil in Rajasthan once again gained momentum on the alleged conspiracy to topple the government.

- BJP files a proposal for breach of privilege
On Friday afternoon, BJP leaders, including the Leader of Opposition, reached the Rajsthan Assembly and proposed a breach of privilege against Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on allegations of horse-trading during the Rajya Sabha elections.
- Congress prepares to write a letter to SOG
State government's chief whip Mahesh Joshi, while interacting with ETV Bharat, has termed BJP's move as an embarrassment. He said that he will write a letter for further action on the complaint given by the Congress in the purchase and sale of MLA.

In an exclusive conversation with ETV Bharat, SOG and ATS ADG Ashok Kumar Rathore said that in this case two mobile numbers were put on the survey. Based on which the FIR has been registered, proceeding with the investigation. He accepted that the facts of money transactions and the temptation of the post on both mobile numbers have come out.

Ashok Kumar Rathod also said that the statements of Ministers and Legislators made in this matter, including Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, will also be recorded.
- 26 Congress MLAs issued a joint statement
After an FIR was registered in the case, the Congress issued a joint statement of its 26 MLAs in which the BJP was blamed for purchase and sale of MLA and the party was also accused of conspiring to topple the state government. The note of this joint statement was also signed by Chief Whip and Deputy Chief Whip.
