Bikaner: Rajasthan'sPawan Vyas, who already has his name registered in the India Book of Records for tying the smallest Rajasthani turbans on fingers, on Wednesday claimed to have tied the biggest turban - 1475 feet - in the world.
He said turban up to 400 meters has been tied but today he tied the turban of 450 meters (1475 feet), adding that no such a long turban was ever tied and he did it in just half an hour by tying it on the head of Rahul Shankar Thanvi, another famous personality who is known for his moustaches.
Thanvi, after getting the longest 'safa' tied on his said, that it felt a bit heavy initially but then he got comfortable with it.
The youth from Bikaner, Rajasthan, who knows 107 ways of draping a turban, says there is a difference between pagdi and safa.
