Jaipur: Rajasthan BJP chief Satish Poonia has said that the political crisis in Rajasthan reflected the weakness of the Congress high command and exposed the party’s "character" once again.
Interacting with the ETV Bharat here, Poonia said, "There should be an audit for the Congress MLAs’ stay at hotels for the past one month, claiming nearly Rs 10 crore has been spent on it." Also Read: Cop in Yogi Adityanath's security contingent tests COVID-19 +ve
There has been a political crisis, triggered by the rebellion of dissident Congress leader Sachin Pilot and 18 MLAs loyal to him against Gehlot.
Meanwhile, the Congress accused the BJP of horse-trading to topple its government in the state. The charge, however, has been rejected by the opposition BJP.
