Kota (Rajasthan) : A court in Kota here has ordered to file a case against Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee in-charge and Punjab MLA Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa under several sections for inciting people to go on rioting and for inciting them to commit murder. For this, the petition was presented by Bharatiya Janata Party Rajasthan General Secretary and Ramganj Mandi MLA Madan Dilawar.
The hearing was held on this complaint today. Judge of Kota's ACJM Court No 6 has directed the Mahavir Nagar police station of Kota city to file a case against Randhawa and submit its investigation report. Advocate Manoj Puri of MLA Dilawar said that this case will be registered under several sections of IPC.
According to the case, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa had said during a demonstration held in Jaipur that "killing Adani will do nothing, Modi will have to be finished". MLA Dilawar had given a complaint at the Mahavir Nagar police station regarding this matter. On which the police did not register a case. In this case, the police had said that this is not a matter that happened in their police station area. As such, the case cannot be registered.
