Pregnant woman dies during operation, sample report turns out corona positive

A woman from Hisamda village of Vair tehsil died in SMS hospital of Jaipur. The deceased woman was pregnant and was referred to the SMS hospital for the operation but both the mother and child died during the operation. The woman was later found to be corona positive.

Bharatpur (Rajasthan): The number of corona positive patients in the district is increasing. So far the number of corona positive patients has been 110, while 2 women have died due to this epidemic. On Saturday, a woman from Hisamda village of Vair tehsil died in the SMS hospital of Jaipur. The deceased woman was pregnant and was referred to the SMS hospital for the operation but both the mother and child died during the operation.

After the death of the woman, her swab sample was taken and the report has turned out to be corona positive. At present, the body of the woman and child is kept in the mortuary of the SMS Hospital. The pregnant woman's family had taken her to the hospital in Bhusawar but during treatment, the baby's heartbeat could not be detected. After which the woman was referred to the Women's Hospital in Bharatpur.

The woman was referred to Jaipur due to her condition being more serious, but the family of the woman took her to the private hospital in Bharatpur. From there, the woman was advised to be taken to Jaipur, after which the woman was operated upon at the SMS Hospital in Jaipur on 25 April but the woman died at 1 pm. In the morning the woman was found to be corona positive. At present, the body of the woman and her child have been kept in the mortuary of SMS Hospital.

After receiving the report of the woman, the medical department immediately came into action and the entire history of the woman was extracted. Who came to the village? Who came in contact with the woman in Bhusavar and Zanana Hospital? Apart from this, the medical department has also sent information about the other hospitals to trace who else has come in contact with the lady. Their samples will be taken and they will be quarantined.

At present, the figure of corona positive patients in Bharatpur district is increasing. So far the number of corona positive patients has been 110 and 2 women have died due to this epidemic.
