Former Congress leader Rameshwar Doody has demanded the Rajasthan government to increase his police protection after he has been informed about a bounty on his head by the Haryana Police.

According to Doody, political rivalry can be the reason behind it.

Doody has appealed to Ashok Gehlot, Rajasthan's Chief Minister, to issue a production warrant against the accused.

The matter came into the light when Haryana police recently arrested two criminals who are related to an infamous gang of the state.

The CIA team of Sirsa also recovered two loaded pistols and 8 cartridges from their possession.
