Dense fog leads to vehicle pile-up in Sikar

Sikar: Dense fog led to a major road mishap in Sikar district of Rajasthan on Sunday morning. A dozen vehicles piled-up between the Palsana and Akhepura toll plaza on National Highway-52. Over a dozen people have sustained severe injuries, said sources.

After getting the information, Ranoli police and senior cops of Sikar reached the spot and admitted the injured to the hospital. Dense fog in the area also hampered the rescue operation.

Several youths injured in the mishap were going to appear for the lab assistant's exam in Jaipur and adjoining districts.
