Bikaner: The Border Security Force on Wednesday night foiled the smuggling of drugs across the India-Pakistan border in Rajasthan.
Two drug smugglers from Pakistan were trying to take advantage of the darkness to hand over a consignment of drugs to the waiting Indian smugglers.
BSF soldiers challenged the smugglers and fired warning shots before they fled into the darkness, leaving behind their consignment of 54 packets of heroin weighing around 56 kgs in Bikaner.

DIG Pushpendra Singh Rathod of BSF's Bikaner Sector Headquarters said that 54 packets of heroin have been seized and only after weighing them the correct assessment will be done.
