Suratgarh (Rajasthan):An investigation is underway after bombs were found near the Indira Gandhi Canal in Suratgarh in Rajasthan. According to reports, 10 bombs were found near the canal.
Meanwhile, it is suspected that the Indian Air Force bombers could have dropped the explosives during their training program.
Bombs found near Indira Gandhi canal in Rajasthan "Recently, several bombs were found near the Indira Gandhi Canal and we are suspecting that the Air Force bombers might have hurled bombs near the canal as part of their training program. Some of the bombs are alive and we have sent a letter to the Army to defuse them," said Shivratan Godra, DSP, Suratgarh.
"Due to having less number of workers, the department is unable to impose strict vigil of such kind of incidents. The army has started defusing those explosives," he said.
