Three tied to electric pole, beaten in Rajasthan

The locals alleged that the two men and a woman were trying to steal a rickshaw and they were caught red-handed. To prevent them from escaping the locals tied the victims to a pole. The locals also alleged that these people had been stealing rickshaws for a long time and the police don't do much about them.

Alwar:Two men and a woman were tied to an electricity pole and beaten for allegedly stealing a rickshaw.

Upon receiving information, Kotwali police personnel reached the spot and resuced people. They also brought them to the station.

Four people have been arrested in the case.
