Siddhu Moose Wala's father to campaign against AAP in ensuing Jalandhar bypoll

Jalandhar: Every party is making full efforts to win the by-election in Jalandhar, but now Sidhu Musewale's father Balkoor Singh is going to campaign against the present government of Punjab, Aam Aadmi Party. Moosewala's father will hold a rally in Jalandhar on May 5 and 6 and appeal to the Aam Aadmi Party not to vote. Let us tell you that Sidhu Moosewale's father is appealing to the government for the justice of his son's murder, but due to not getting justice, he has now announced to open a front against the government. Let us tell you that in order to get justice for Punjab's famous singer Sidhu Moosewala, his father Balkoor Singh will hold a protest march in Jalandhar under the leadership of Justice for Sidhu Moosewala and a rally will also be held at different places of Jalandhar Lok Sabha constituency. It will start from Bara village and Roorka Kalan in Phillaur on March 5. A blow to 'AAP' in Sangrur by-election: It is worth mentioning that while the people of Punjab had given big victories to AAP in 92 seats in the hope of change, after the formation of the AAP government, there have been one after another major murders. It includes the names of Sandeep Nangal Ambian and Sidhu Moosewala. Due to so many murders, AAP had to face defeat in the Sangrur Jimani election and now there may be a big setback in Jalandhar too. They are appealing to the government for justice : It is worth mentioning that on May 29, 2022, Sidhu Moosewale was shot dead by armed people at village Jawaharke in Mansa district, after which the father of Sidhu Moosewale continuously appealed to the government for justice. Even after a year has passed, the government has not been able to satisfy the family of Sidhu Moosewala, because of the continuous action taken by the family against the leaker, Lawrence Bishnoi and the arrest of Goldie Brar. Questions are also being raised and Sidhu Moosewala's parents are continuously urging people not to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party in the Jalandhar by-election against the government.

Jalandhar:Balkaur Singh, father of slain Punjabi rapper Sidhu Moose Wala, called upon the people of the Jalandhar Lok Sabha constituency not to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party in the ensuing bypoll. He alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party-led Punjab government had failed in rendering justice to his son. Hence, he will campaign against the government in byelection, which is slated for May 10.

Balkaur Singh will launch a two-day campaign at Jalandhar on Friday to make people aware about prevailing law and order situation in the state and Punjab government’s failure in the probe of his son’s murder case. The campaign will be held during the run up to Jalandhar Lok Sabha bypoll, which is scheduled for May 10. Moose Wala's father will start his campaign from Phillaur on Friday and conclude in Jalandhar city.

It is learnt that he will cover all the nine Assembly segments-Phillaur, Nakodar, Shahkot, Jalandhar Cantt, Jalandhar West, Jalandhar North, Jalandhar Central, Adampur and Kartarpur--which fall under the Jalandhar Lok Sabha constituency. It may be recalled that on May 29, 2022, Sidhu Moose Wale was shot dead by armed people at Jawaharke village in Mansa district, after which the father of Sidhu Moosewale hav been appealing to the government to render justice

Even after a year, there was no progress in the murder case, therefore the family of Sidhu Moose Wala parents urging the people not to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party in the Jalandhar by-election. Earlier, Balkaur Singh accused the AAP government of suppressing the Sidhu Moose Wala case and denying justice to him. "Whoever raises their voice for their rights they are being suppressed by the government and cases are being registered against them."

The Jalandhar Lok Sabha poll was necessitated after the untimely demise of Congress MP Santokh Chaudhary in January. The 77-year-old collapsed in Ludhiana while walking with Congress MP Rahul Gandhi during the Bharat Jodo Yatra's Punjab leg on January 14. The AAP has pitted Sushil Kumar Rinku for the Jalandhar bypoll against Santokh Chaudhary's wife Karamjit Kaur, a Congress candidate.
