Punjab youth found dead in hotel

Sahil Ahuja, 34, a resident of Punjab, was found hanging at Rajshila Hotel in ​​Prayagraj. The body has been sent for post mortem. Further investigation is underway.

Prayagraj: A 34-year-old youth, a resident of Punjab, committed suicide by hanging himself at Rajshila Hotel in ​​Prayagraj.

The deceased has been identified as Sahil, a resident of Amritsar.

According to the hotel manager, on Wednesday morning, the staff arrived with tea but Sahil did not open the door, after not coming out for long, the employees peeped in through the window and saw Aujla hanging, said police.

The manager of the hotel immediately informed the Shahganj police.

Police reached the spot and broke the door and found the body hanging.

From the Aadhar card and other documents recovered from the spot, police contacted his family members.

Shahganj Inspector Jaichand Kumar Sharma said that the youth went to Lucknow by bike and then came to Prayagraj. The police found the bike parked on the hotel premises.

The body has been sent for post mortem.
