Chandigarh: More than 100 protesting farmers have gone missing since the incident at the Red Fort on January 26, leaving their families in a state of shock. As many as 12 people are reported missing from Dharamkot in Moga district as per the Punjab Human Rights Organisation.
Balbir Singh Rajewal, President, Bhartiya Kisan Union Rajewal also informed that he is constantly getting the list of missing farmers which is being verified.
Mr Bikram Singh Majithia, Senior Leader Shiromani Akali Dal and Former Cabinet Minister said that all possible help would be extended to the families of the missing persons.
Shiromani Akali Dal Legal Committee also provided free legal help to victims in Punjab as well as in Delhi.
Apart from this, Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee President Manjinder Singh Sirsa also posted a video on his Instagram on Saturday morning stating that he is being informed that 11 missing youth from Moga are lodged in Tihar Jail.
