'Tracking India' is a security device developed by Santosh Parida, a resident of Balakati in Odisha to prevent home burglary and vehicle theft. The user needs to fix the machine in their homes and vehicles and install 'Tracking India Application' in their mobile phones to get notified about the theft.

Bhubaneswar:In a bid to reduce bike-theft and to tackle an increase in burglary in the region, a youth from Bhubaneshwar has innovated a device named 'Tracking India'.

'Tracking India' is a security device developed by Santosh Parida, a resident of Balakati in Odisha that prevents home burglary and vehicle theft. It also keeps the owners informed about their possessions in which the machine is fixed (be it homes or vehicles).

His innovation includes two main tools - a machine and an app which work in a synchronized manner. The user needs to fix the machine in their homes and vehicles and install 'Tracking India Application' in their mobile phones to get notified about the theft.

Parida, who has completed his ITI course says research interests him more and that helped him develop the aforementioned security systems.

Parida, who has set up a kiosk in the city said," I sell three systems at my stall which includes vehicle security system, home security system and lift irrigation system. Vehicle and home security system was innovated to safeguard the same, while the lift irrigation system was developed transport water to homes with pumps or surge pools etc."

"The machines are available at my kiosk installed in the city where I sell them as well as demonstrate how it works," said Parida, who claims that the machine has high tracking capability.

Explaining the security system, he said, "The machine which needs to be fixed at the user's house and the vehicle is connected with the app. Firstly, the person needs to install the app in their mobile phones to receive a notification, if someone tries to enter their homes or steal their vehicle."

After receiving the notification the user can lock it via the app installed in the mobile phone.
