The deceased was identified as Surendra Behera (35) of Raikama village under Baisinga police limits in the district.

According to sources, Behera was under quarantine along with his wife at a quarantine centre located at the Dengudha area under Anla panchayat after the couple returned from Andhra Pradesh amid lockdown. However, he was found hanging from a tree near the quarantine centre last night.
