Muslim community offered namaz in the Golden Temple Amritsar. Preachers delivered a message of religious and communal harmony. People from the Sikh Community who were present expressed their happiness over their Muslim brethren offering prayers at Harimandar Sahib.

Amritsar: The Muslim community gave a message of communal harmony by offering Namaz in Harmandir Sahib.

People of the Muslim community said that they had always given a message of love and brotherhood to the people of all religions.

Every human being was free to practice their religion, they added.

They thanked the administrations for the arrangements made by them to offer prayers in Harimandar Sahib.

On this occasion, the people of the Sikh Community said that they were very happy that the Muslim brothers offered prayers in Harimandar Sahib.

The Sikh Community said that Guru Ramdas Ji had invited people of all religions to this holy place through the four doors.

Such religious ceremonies convey the message of religious peace and communal harmony in the country, they added.

Speaking on communal harmony between Sikh and Muslim, they said that they have always been associated with the Muslim community and that they always stood with them.
