Video of packing thousands of Corona RT-PCR swab sticks at home goes viral

Women and children from a slum in Ulhasnagar are busy packing sticks used for swab test or RT-PCR tests without properly following the covid protocols.

Thane: The corona crisis is not getting under control and meanwhile, a shocking incident has come to light in Ulhasnagar where thousands of kits are being packed at home without any safety measures of the stick used for the Covid-19 swab test.

A video of the same has gone viral, which shows women and children packing swab sticks in a house in the Khemani area of ​​Ulhasnagar Camp 2. However, due to the work of swab stick packing, there is a strong possibility of a large scale spread of coronavirus.

According to the reports, a contractor had given this job to the women. If they pack a thousand sticks, they get 20 rupees for this work.

It is said that the contractor is taking advantage of the financial condition of the citizens of this area. Also while carrying out this work, no one present there was wearing a mask or was using sanitiser.

Now the question arises that who is behind all this playing with the lives of the citizens? and it is yet to be revealed. But the women who were doing the work of packing the sticks informed that a contractor has handed over this job to them.
