Aurangabad: The coronavirus imposed lockdown has affected everyone, but it's been much harder for foodies - especially the ones who enjoy street foods. People missed their favourite street food-Pani puri. To make life easier for such people, two youths from Aurangabad district of Maharashtra have made a special Pani Puri ATM.

Samir Pitale and Pratike Pitale, who are engineers by profession, came up with the idea of developing a panipuri machine amid lockdown.

A few months back, Samir had to face health issues after eating panipuri from a street stall. Meanwhile, he planned to develop a machine and discussed his plans with his friend Pratik.

The machine has three outlets from which a customer can select the preferred flavour by pressing the respective buttons.

This sensor-based machine dispenses street food in five different modes.

The machine was developed at a cost of Rs 60,000 within a month.
