Activist Trupti Desai barred from entering Shirdi

Trupti Desai had earlier objected to the posters in the premises of Shri Saibaba Temple Shirdi requesting the "devotees to wear traditional Indian or civilised attire" in the temple premises.

Ahmednagar: Activist Trupti Desai was barred from entering Shirdi between December 8 to 11 according to the notice issued by Sub Divisional Office, Shirdi.

The notice stated "her arrival here may create law and order problem. If she violates the order she will be punished as per Section 188 IPC."

Earlier, Desai had objected to the posters in the premises of Shri Saibaba Temple Shirdi requesting the "devotees to wear traditional Indian or civilised attire" in the temple premises.
