Thane (Maharashtra):The Police raided Chandani orchestra bar here on and arrested its manager along with 22 bar dancers. The incident took place in Ulhasnagar Camp No. 3 area.
It has been alleged that the bar dancers used to present dances with indecent gestures to lure drunk customers from the controversial Moonlight bar.
The raid was conducted by a special team of Kalyan Police. The police team had received a tip-off that such activities are going on in the Chandani bar under the name of a live orchestra.
It is to be noted that live orchestra bars are being run at many places in Ulhasnagar.
