Negligence by Osmanabad hospital, COVID victim narrates ordeal in his last video

A video of a youth who has died of Covid-19 has gone viral on social media in which he is alleging about the negligence towards COVID patients by the hospital. He is alleging in the video In the video that he is suffering from breathlessness, but the oxygen supply is stopped at night and even doctors are not available during the night time.

Osmanabad:Coronavirus has wreaked havoc in the world. Osmanabad district in Maharashtra is a no different story. Nearly 14 persons have lost their lives to COVID. A video of a youth who has died of Covid-19 has gone viral on social media in which he is alleging about the negligence towards COVID patients by the hospital.

The youth died on July 5 and his video has gone viral today.

"I am feeling breathless, the oxygen supply is cut off during night time. Even doctors are not available in the hospital at night. If my breathlessness and hand and legs are treated then I would be fine. Please let the collector know, " said the patient in his last video.

The youth in the video hails from Aasu village of Paranda taluka in the Osmanabad district of Maharashtra. According to him, he was infected with Coronavirus despite the fact that he didn’t venture out anywhere.

“I am taking treatment on Covid-19 in Osmanabad, I am feeling weak and experiencing a shortage of breath. Doctors in this hospital provide treatment but there is a delay. Meanwhile, oxygen supply is stopped at night and even doctors are not available during the night time”, alleges the youth.

He also added that it would be good if his breathlessness and weakness is treated.

In the video, he was also seen urging people to take this matter to the collector.
