Mumbai police file FIRs in fake vaccination case

The Mumbai Police have registered multiple FIRs in connection with fake vaccination cases. Recently, Mumbai Police registered a case in connection with the fake vaccination administered to 390 citizens of Hiranandani Heritage, a plush residential society located in the Powai area of Mumbai.

As per reports, a vaccination camp was organised at the Hiranandani Heritage on May 30. Later, Co-Win portal didn't show any records of the people who participated in the vaccination drive. Moreover, the participants also received vaccination certificates from different hospitals.

Meanwhile, Mumbai Police have arrested five people in the case, while another one, a doctor, is absconding. Mumbai Police have so far filed three cases related to fake vaccination in Khar, Versova and Kandivali area of Mumbai.
