Meet Satish Maneshinde, Aryan Khan's lawyer in drugs-on-cruise case

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan's lawyer Satish Maneshinde has a proven track of securing bail for celebrities entangled in sensational cases. The 56-year-old celebrity lawyer hails from Karnataka's Dharwad.

Dharwad: Known as celebrities' lawyer, Satish Maneshinde is the counsel defending Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan in the drugs-on-cruise case. The 56-year-old lawyer, hailing from Dharwad, has a proven track record of securing bail for several actors caught in legal battles.

He is the advocate who defended actors Sanjay Dutt, Salman Khan and Rhea Chakraborty and succeeded in securing bail for them. Maneshinde defended Sanjay Dutt in 1993 Bombay blast case and succeeded in securing bail for the superstar. He also defended Salman Khan in 2002 drunk and drive case. More recently, Maneshinde made news when he defended Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Both were later granted bail.

Recalling childhood memories, Muralidhar Kadagola, Maneshinde's friend, said to ETV Bharat," Maneshinde is a very smart and intelligent person. He is well-behaved as he came from military school. He used to make everyone laugh. He is my best friend who was very brave in his childhood days. His mother looked after us (Maneshinde's friends) as her own children.

"Once, I had been to Mumbai to meet him. I waited three to four hours at his office. I was unable to meet him as he was so busy at the meeting. I came back. But he called me at midnight after he returned from the office."

Maneshinde completed his LLB from Kambali Law College, Dharwad. Before that, he pursued B Com at KCD college in Dharwad. Prior to that, he completed his Pre University Course from Military School in Vijayapur. He received his primary education at Government School in Rona, Gadag.
