Earlier on November 5, two persons including a woman were killed and six others injured in an explosion at a chemical factory in Maharashtra's Raigad district.
Just after a day, a major fire erupted in a godown in the Kanchpada area, situated in the northern suburb of Malad on November 6.
A fire call was received at 8:02 pm after which eight fire engines, six jumbo tankers and an ambulance were rushed to the G+3 Parmar Industrial Estate, an official said, adding that no injuries had been reported so far.
