Mumbai:State women and child development minister Yashomati Thakur today advised allies that if they want a stable government, they should stop commenting on top leaders of Congress party. She was referring to NCP president Sharad Pawar’s comment on Rahul Gandhi in a recent interview in which he had said that Rahul Gandhi’s leadership lacks consistency.
What Yashomati Thakur said:
I have read some interviews and articles on MVA leaders. As an executive president of the Maharashtra Congress, I want to tell our allies that, if they want a stable government, they should avoid commenting on top leaders of Congress. Everybody should follow the basic rules of the coalition, she said in the tweet. Congress leadership is very stable and able to take firm decisions. The MVA government in the state is the result of its decisiveness.
Her statement has created instability in the Aghadi.
