Maha: Investigation documents against Hingoli's PI sent to SC Commission

One more case has been registered against a police inspector of Hingoli police station. Eight months ago the official had denied to lodge a complain from a scheduled caste complainant. Inspector General has now demanded investigation against the accused official.

Hingoli:Amidst the instances of cases against the Hingoli police officials, one more case have been registered against a police inspector Ganpat Rahire of Kalamnuri police station.

Reportedly, eight months ago a complainant of a scheduled caste had come to the police station to lodge a complain and Ganpat had not entertained the complainant.

The complainant was sent back without lodging a complain.

Following which the Inspector General, Kaiser Khalid has now demanded an investigation under the Prevention of Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against the officer.

The official documents of the case has been processed and sent to the Scheduled Castes Commission for further investigation.
