According to the reports, several eagles were injured and fell on the ground due to the cyclonic wind and torrential rains in Bhatye village near Ratnagiri. The locals picked them up and kept them in a safe place. After getting a little warmth, they flew away.

While talking to ETV Bharat, Rohit Murkar, an animal lover said, "There was a storm at seven this morning due to which the eagles got scared. They fell on the ground after their wings got drenched in the rain. My friend got them together and kept them in a warm place where they were safe. There were about 15 such eagles out of which seven flew after they felt better and the others are still around."
