Navi Mumbai:At least one person died while four others sustained injuries after a portion of the five-story Jimmy Park building in Navi Mumbai's Nerul area collapsed on Saturday. Repair work has started on the sixth floor, the same floor where the ceiling of a flat collapsed, damaging apartments below it. The deceased has been identified as a 31-year-old man. Rescue operations are ongoing. At least three fire tenders and multiple ambulances arrived at the spot following the incident on Saturday afternoon.
