Mumbai:The Maharashtra Gram Panchayat Election 2021 Result was declared on Monday. The elections to 12,711-gram panchayats in 34 districts in Maharashtra were held on January 15. After the results of elections, people also celebrated their respective candidates' victory.
After winning the election, a woman carries her winning husband on her shoulders

But you have never heard of a woman carrying her husband on her shoulders and marching? Well, such an incident has taken place in Palu village in Pune. Santosh Shankar Gurav defeated the opposition candidate in the Gram Panchayat elections in Palu village in the hilly area of Khed taluka.
After this victory of Santosh, his wife Renuka Gurav was overjoyed and she took her husband on her shoulders and marched out of the village. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, processions, scattering and crowding were banned as per the Collector's order. So, while celebrating the victory, Renuka Gurav took her husband Santosh on her shoulders and walked around the villages following the rules of social distance. Behind him, activists chanted slogans announcing the victory. The video of her celebration has gone viral on social media.
Destiny lost on the cricket field but won elections
Sangli: A few days back, he was defeated by fate at the cricket ground. However, he won the election. A youth from Dhavali in Tasgaon taluka died while playing cricket. Before his death, he had contested the Gram Panchayat elections. Candidate Atul Patil has won in the counting of votes held yesterday.
Atul Patil, a medicine dealer, died of a heart attack on January 16 while playing cricket. Atul was a former sub-sarpanch of Dhavali village in Tasgaon taluka. He is contesting from this year's Gram Panchayat elections as a candidate of BJP group. Atul Patil has a drug store in the village. He was also a member of the Sangli District Chemists Association. Cricket competitions were organized by the Chemists Association at Atpadi like every year. Atul was playing for Tasgaon taluka team in that tournament. Atul died of a heart attack while taking a wicket during the game.
Atul was the candidate from BJP MP Sanjaykaka Patil's group in this year's Gram Panchayat elections. The village went to the polls on January 15 and then on January 16, he went to Atpadi to play cricket. Meanwhile, he died of a heart attack on the spot. A video of the incident also surfaced. The counting of votes for the Dhavali Gram Panchayat elections was held on Monday. Atul Patil has won by 333 votes. After the death of Atul Patil, the result of the election was declared. Atul Patil won, but unfortunately, he is not alive to celebrate his victory.
